Refund policy

Returns & Replacements

At IREVIVA, we do not accept physical returns.

If your device arrives defective or experiences a verified issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@ireviva.com. Photo or video evidence may be required.

Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or an alternative resolution. No return of the product is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, devices cannot be returned once shipped.

Refunds

Our policy is replacement-first. Refunds may be issued only if a replacement is not feasible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@ireviva.com. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
