iReviva™ 1-Year Limited Warranty

iReviva stands behind the quality of the iReviva™ Pro 234. Products purchased directly from iReviva.com are covered by this 1-Year Limited Warranty for one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What this warranty covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal household use of the device during the warranty period.

What iReviva will do

For an approved warranty claim, iReviva will provide an appropriate remedy at no charge to the customer. Depending on the issue, this may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement of the affected component or device with the same or an equivalent product, or another reasonable resolution. If a covered issue cannot reasonably be resolved through repair or replacement, iReviva may issue a refund.

For approved warranty claims within the United States, iReviva will cover standard authorized return and replacement shipping costs.

What this warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper cleaning or storage, unauthorized modification or repair, use contrary to the supplied instructions, or normal cosmetic wear that does not affect device function.

This warranty covers the device itself and does not guarantee any particular skincare, cosmetic, medical, or aesthetic result.

How to make a warranty claim

Email support@ireviva.com during the warranty period with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographs, a short video, or reasonable troubleshooting information so that we can evaluate the claim and provide the appropriate solution.

Please do not return a product without prior authorization. If a physical return is required, iReviva will provide the authorized return instructions and destination.

Who is covered

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of an iReviva™ Pro 234 purchased directly from iReviva.com and begins on the date the order is delivered.

Relationship to the 30-Day Return Policy

The 1-Year Limited Warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy. The return policy covers eligible returns during the first 30 days after delivery. This warranty provides additional protection for covered defects during the remainder of the one-year warranty period.

Your legal rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty is intended to reduce any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
